ANNUAL MEETING

TO ALL CCMH FEDERAL CREDIT UNION MEMBERS

All credit union members will have the opportunity of running and voting for the CCMH Federal Credit Union board of directors.  This year the annual meeting will be held Thursday, March 16, 2017 @ 1 PM in Area III of the auditorium.  Membership must be established by February 16th, 2017 to be eligible to vote.  [Vacancies include two (2) Board members.  Qualifications and biography of each candidate will be supplied during voting.]

Qualifications and biography of each candidate will be supplied on the ballots.

Procedure for voting prior to annual meeting

  1.  Members will have an opportunity prior to the annual meeting to vote.
  2. Date: March 9, 2017

Time:  All day in the credit union at 801 Ann St. Parkersburg, WV  26101

Procedure for absentee voting

  1. Members must make a written request to the Credit Union Office by February 2, 2017.  Forms may be obtained in the Credit Union Office.
  2. Ballots must be returned to the Credit Union Office by 11:00 AM March 16, 2017.

Procedure for voting at the annual meeting

  1. NO NOMINATIONS WILL BE TAKEN FROM THE FLOOR.
  2. Any member who has not voted prior to the annual meeting will have an opportunity to vote at this meeting.
  3. After the ballots have been cast, all previously cast votes will be tallied with annual meeting ballots and the results of the election will be announced.

Procedure for nomination candidates:

  1. Any member can nominate a candidate by submitting the candidate’s name to the nominating committee by February 2, 2017.
  2. The candidate will be notified by the committee for completion of proper forms.
  3. The candidate must supply a biography and qualifications for the office they are seeking to one of the following committee members.
  4. Nomination forms will also be kept in the Credit Union Office for our members’ convenience.
